Tamara Installment Cancellation Policy:

Same-Day Cancellations: Customers are eligible for a 100% refund if the cancellation request is submitted on the same date the order was placed (before 11:59 PM).

Post-Date Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation or refund request for any reason whatsoever after the date of purchase, a 6% administrative and processing fee will be deducted from the total invoice value. These are non-recoverable service charges mandated by the payment provider.

All refunds will be processed through the Tamara system according to their standard procedures, minus the aforementioned fees.
